As fitness options grow, users struggle to find nearby gyms, explore amenities, and check in easily while gym owners lack tools for real-time monitoring and smooth check-in management. REP Gympass bridges this gap with a seamless platform for discovery, booking, and facility control.

Challenges

In developing REP Gympass, we faced challenges in delivering accurate gym discovery based on user location and amenity filters across diverse facilities. Integrating real-time availability and session booking with varying gym infrastructures required custom solutions for consistency and reliability. Implementing a secure and frictionless QR-based check-in system that works seamlessly across multiple devices and networks also proved complex. Additionally, building a real-time activity monitoring dashboard for gym owners that remains scalable and intuitive introduced further technical and design hurdles.

We began by analyzing user behavior and gym operations to understand pain points in discovery, booking, and check-in processes. Based on these insights, we designed a unified mobile platform that simplifies gym access for users while equipping gym owners with real-time management tools and data-driven insights.

Driver App

The mobile app provides drivers with a simple interface to track their assigned fleets and view delivery details. It’s optimized for real-time updates and ease of use during transit.
